First Community Village was established in 1963 by First Community Church. Their goal was to create a caring environment for the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical and social aspects of the Village's residents. Those same goals are reflected in our current Mission and Vision Statements.

We’ve been making history since 1963, when we were one of the first continuing care retirement communities in central Ohio. With the addition of The Chelsea and Roxbury Cottages, we’re writing the next chapter in our history of providing exceptional quality health services and outstanding retirement lifestyles.
